Diversity Inclusion Action Council
Our Diversity Inclusion Action Council (DIAC) is a dedicated committee of FLIK associates who work to ensure an inclusive workplace, built upon the foundation of mutual respect for our colleagues. Through dedicated programming, DIAC finds unique ways to ensure associates feel a sense of belonging.
We celebrate monthly cultural events, implement daily diversity micro-exercises, and conduct allyship workshops that will ultimately lead the charge to sustainable change and equity for all.

We have a responsibility to positively impact the communities we serve.
Through ongoing volunteer days, coordinated community service, regular food rescue, and other donations, we are committed to supporting the local communities we live and work in. While committed to serving delicious food to our clients and guests, we also believe the food-insecure also deserve access to nutritious food.
